This vinyl record is a rare collector's edition of Samhain's {Initium} 2nd pressing, released in May 1986 under Plan 9 label. The record features 33 RPM speed and comes in a paper sleeve with the original cardboard cover.

The vinyl was colored in Blood Red and were limited to 500 copies. However 20+ known copies have surfaced over the years as a Translucent Pink.

This Pink copy I have for sale is a one of a kind as far as my research has concluded. I've had it for ages and I never knew how many were made or that they were supposed RED. I was a late bloomer and learned much when Kennedy made Misfits Central.

This copy has LIGHT, FAINT RED STREAKS that can be seen through the wax in bright light.

A BLACK PELLET AND A SMALLER ONE must've fell into the stamper and are frozen in the dead wax.

Cleary seen in any light.

The record size is 12"

1. The COVER grading is Excellent Minus appears to have a super mild seam split that didn't break the spine but can be seen.

2. The RECORD grading is Excellent.

There are some faint lines that mare the surface

shine. No scratches can be seen. Last I played it was 88, 89 and it sounded awsome!

The record's aspects include an electric guitar, bass guitar, voice, and drums, making it a good representation of punk horror death from the 1980s era. The language used in the record is English and it has features such as colored vinyl and the original 2nd press cover.
